The Structure of Flags
Attempting to make a drawing of the US Flag in the days after 9/11, JWRainey discovered the guidelines established by a Presidential mandate were not accurate for computer aided drawing programs. To address this problem, a proportional method was developed that enabled repeatable, perfect flag drawings. After the method for drawing the US Flag was explained in poster form, other graphically precise government flags were explored and posters were developed that described their accurate construction.
